COVID-19 SANITATION & SAFETY GUIDELINES

In these challenging times, all of the teams of Relais & Châteaux throughout the world are thinking of you and your health and safety. We understand the turmoil and uncertainty enveloping the travel world today with the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), and we are writing to reassure you that our main priority at Relais & Châteaux is the well-being of our customers and the staff of our member hotels and restaurants.

We are working with our individual members so that they provide the maximum flexibility possible while protecting their own employees and businesses. We are also closely monitoring the World Health Organization’s statements regarding COVID-19 in order to assist our members in the best possible response to this crisis. Our members are taking care of our guests and hosts, being consistent with our already high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and implementing additional measures based on the guidelines given by local health authorities in each country where we operate.

If you have a reservation at one of our properties and are planning to travel after having taken the necessary advice from your local authorities, we advise you to check directly with the property before travelling.
